Our Bel is a small female dog around 2.5 years old. She weighs around 8 kg.

Belvita came to the sanctuary as a puppy with 4 other puppies. They were rescued from the surburbs of Colombo, from a lady who was pushing them around in a large trolley. Rumour was that she was trying to sell them for meat. Although Animal SOS were not sure about her exact intentions, she definitely didn't mean the puppies well.

Bel grew up in the sanctuary and now she is a happy young lady! She is gentle, cuddly and affectionate. She would fit perfectly in a family home.

And you know, that smile can light up any bad day!

Bel is fully vaccinated, sterilized, microchipped and she can't wait for a loving home!
