Beautiful girl Pohutakawa was dumped at the sanctuary along with her brothers and sisters late in May, 2024 as an 8 week old pup. She is now approximately 5.5 months old.

It’s really hard to tell the sibling's true personalities at this point, as they are still  maturing and finding their mojo. But they are all the same in terms of energy and cuteness!

What we see with Pohutakawa right now is that she is a little nervous when placed in a new environment, but soon comes out of her shell. So she's extremely adaptable. Just like the rest of her siblings, she has an abundance of energy! She loves to pay and wrestle with her siblings. She is extremely social with people and other dogs and will make a fantastic pet in any household.

We must add that her coloring is gorgeous. She probably is mixed with a breed dog, so may become a larger medium size.

Pohu is vaccinated, microchipped, sterilized and super ready for her forever home!
